The Victorian Government is considering a mandatory pre-purchase building and pest inspection scheme that could significantly change how the industry operates.
VAHI needs reliable national data to represent inspectors accurately, respond to the Victorian Department of Government Services and advocate for practical, workable reform.

Participation is voluntary. VAHI will use the information collected to analyse the pre-purchase inspection industry, respond to government information requests and inform VAHI's industry and training-pathway work.
Results may be shared in aggregate. Identifying details will not be included in published reporting. Raw responses should be accessible only to authorised VAHI directors and advisers involved in validation and analysis.
Do not provide client names, property addresses or other identifying information.
